La  4PADEL Football Cup  reached its conclusion this Wednesday, June 24th on the track  4PADEL Gustave , installed at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. In the final, the pair  Sylvain Wiltord / Steed Malbranque  imposed itself against  Robert Pirès / Grégory Sertic , at the end of a season that brought together more than  200 former professional Ligue 1 players  across France.

 A competition dedicated to former Ligue 1 players 

Designed by  Frederic Piquionne , former Ligue 1 striker, in collaboration with  4PADEL The 4PADEL Football Cup is a competition reserved exclusively for former professional players from the French championship.

Launched in February 2025 with around twenty participants, it has gradually developed into a true national tour, with stages organized in 4PADEL clubs.  Boulogne-Billancourt ,  Bordeaux  ,  Strasbourg  et  Lyon Saint-Priest .

“This final at the foot of the Eiffel Tower will remain a great memory. Seeing so many former teammates and former rivals reunited, sharing this moment together, perfectly sums up the spirit we wanted to give to this competition from the beginning. This season has exceeded all our expectations and we can’t wait to get back on the slopes next year.”, said  Frederic Piquionne , founder of the 4PADEL Football Cup.

For its part,  Joseph Viéville , co-founder of  PLAYERS He also welcomed the enthusiasm generated by this first edition:

“Seeing the 4PADEL Football Cup grow like this in just one season, with a real community that has been created along the way, is a source of immense pride for us. This final was the best possible conclusion, and we are already looking forward to building the next tour with Fred.”

 A second edition is already in preparation 

Building on its success since its launch, the concept will continue this fall with a new national tour. Several stops are already planned to allow former Ligue 1 players to reunite once again around their shared passion for padel.
