For the first time, a stage of the circuit Premier Padel will be held in the United States in 2025. Luigi Carraro, president of the International Federation of Padel (FIP), announced this news on the sidelines of the 2024 European Padel Championships in Sardinia.

Carraro said: “Padel started late in the United States, but it is now growing spectacularly. The organization of a tournament Premier Padel will be an engine that will allow the whole country to develop in an extraordinary way.”

This event marks a crucial step in the FIP's strategy to promote padel globally, with a particular focus on Africa and the United States, where the sport is growing rapidly. With over 130 countries already playing padel, and 81 member federations, the FIP aims to reach 130-140 members in the coming years, consolidating its position on the international scene.
