All the big names are – almost – there for the quarter-finals of theA1 Padel Madrid Open. Seeds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 all advanced to Friday's round. The only surprise in the draw was the pair Mariano Gonzalez / Juan Zamora. The duo eliminated the 7th seed, Rolla / Barrera, in the first round.

For the rest of the seeded players, the meeting is set for the quarter-finals which will begin this Friday afternoon. Big battles are expected on the track in Madrid and inevitably, all eyes will be on on the Aguirre / Alfonso pair…but also Lijo / Arce. If these two teams win their match, they will meet in the semi-final!
