Activ 'Performance is an association in the service of the players. James tells us more about its purpose and how it works.

What are the categories?

We have defined 3 categories: young people under 18, 18-23 and over 23. All the players who join us must have national or international plans consistent with their current rankings, their potential for progression and their age. Obviously we are targeting the top players but we can integrate a “player with potential” and not integrate a player based on his current ranking. The Team is therefore plural, in terms of age, but also of gender and above all of location… It is important for me that the people who join the Team can be present throughout French and Spanish territory.

What type of sponsor are you looking for?

We need technical and financial resources. The participation of sponsors and patrons can take several forms: equipment allocations (outfits, snowshoes), facilities (access to a resident club, free or low-cost access to certain services, accommodation and travel costs) or or financial allocations to cover essential services such as medical and nutritional monitoring, and the technical part (physical, mental and emotional preparation).

We have defined several levels of contribution, from the naming of the Team to the inserts on their outfits.

Le Padel is present within the FFT, how do you position yourself in relation to it?

We start humbly, with passion to bring more to this sport. All the forces are welcome in a sport in full development and we will be delighted that members of the Team carry high the colors of France, in individual and within the team of France and to have participated in this adventure.

If you could summarize your project?

We are the bearers of an ambitious project in the service of a playful, modern and accessible sport that deserves to be highlighted even more.
