On March 16, 2022, Maxi Arce and Franco Dal Bianco became the number 1 pair of the late APT Padel Round. The Argentines, who seized the throne at the expense of Fede Chiostri and Gonzalo Alfonso, were preparing to reign for more than two years on this circuit which would later become the A1 Padel.

But after a thunderous start from the Aguirre / Alfonso pair, Gonzalo Alfonso first regained his place as number 1 on the Fabrice Pastor circuit in mid-June. And thanks to the victory in the final of the Galicia Open against Arce / Dal Bianco, Tolito and Gonzalo now form the first pair of A1 Padel !
