It was one of the most undecided matches of these round of 16, and it lived up to all expectations... The Argentinians  Alex Chozas  et  Tolito Aguirre  signed a  masterful comeback  this Thursday by winning in  three sets  (3/6 7/6 6/4) against the Portuguese  Miguel  et  Nuno deus , at the end of a  2h20 battle .

Led, on the verge of elimination then transcended

The match had started very badly for the Argentinian duo. Solid, the Deus brothers pocketed the  first set 6/3  and even take the  break in the second  (4/3). At that moment, everything seemed to be going their way, as usual Miguel Deus had a warm arm and was chaining smashes but  Tolito and Chozas never abdicated .

In one  completely crazy tie-break , they save  two match points , before completely reversing the dynamics of the meeting. The audience, increasingly noisy, gets up, gets excited,  chants Tolito's name  who in turn gets fired up to get a ticket to the quarter-finals.

Even though  period crossed by the whimsical Argentinian  is quite complicated,  Tolito Aguirre  shows that he has the mental strength to  hang on and play at your best again.  He was decisive with a  exceptional grinta ,  improbable defenses  and total  accuracy in hot moments.   Alex Chozas , more sober but terribly effective, perfectly balanced the pair.

Carried by a boiling atmosphere and an iron mentality, they concluded the match with a score of  6/4 in the last set . A performance that perfectly illustrates their  ability to ignite a meeting  which was nevertheless in a very bad way.
