Le  padel transfer market  It no longer hinges solely on partner changes. The  contracts with brands  They too are evolving, often quickly, sometimes brutally. And this time, a significant chapter is closing:  Álex Ruiz  et  adidas Padel  end their collaboration after  eleven years  municipalities.

This separation inevitably leaves its mark on the circuit, as this association was such a fixture in the landscape.

In modern padel, few partnerships can boast such longevity. For more than a decade, Álex Ruiz and adidas have grown together, both in terms of sporting performance and image.

It is impossible not to associate the Malaguène with the  legendary Adipower which has become, over the seasons, a natural extension of his game. For many, imagining Álex Ruiz without adidas was almost incongruous.

The announcement was made discreetly, via social media, with a short but meaningful message:

"Eternally grateful for these 11 unforgettable years. I will always wish you the best."

 A separation that was taking shape 

This departure didn't come completely out of the blue. During the presentation of the  new adidas collection Álex Ruiz's absence had not gone unnoticed. The signs were already there. The official confirmation only clarifies a situation that had seemed to be in limbo for several weeks.

On Adidas' side, the strategy now seems more targeted, with key players still under contract such as  Alejandro Galán ,  Pol Hernández ,  Maxi Maple  ou  Lorena Rufo .

 What's Next ? 

As is often the case in this type of transition, questions arise quickly.  What will be Álex Ruiz's next brand?  The player is one of those profiles capable of bringing real visibility and immediate sporting credibility to a material project.

He is not the only one in this situation. Other major players on the circuit, such as  Coki Nieto have not yet officially announced their future with the equipment supplier.
