The final of the Masters Tournament has marked the end of the season 2018, but also that of many pairs. Indeed, some separations have already been announced publicly, and it is certain that others will be announced in the coming days.

Here are all of the pairs that have split up right now:

Franco Stupaczuk and Cristian Gutiérrez

One of the first separations that was made public just before the Masters. Franco Stupaczuck and Cristian Gutiérrez were going to play the last tournament of the season, then everyone was going to take different paths. They leave behind two seasons in which they have sometimes reached a very good level, which has been translated by three titles, but also some disillusions.

Ramiro Moyano and Lucho Capra

This pair has also announced their separation. The two Argentinian players had a season with ups and downs, but they were finalists at the Lugo Open, and at the Paris Challenger. Both stayed at the doors of the Masters, and were the first reservists.

Ale Galan and Matias Diaz

One of the most incomprehensible separations for the public. Ale Galan's progression has been fast this season, and Matias Diaz is a tireless player who gives everything on the pitch. The pair has retired despite two titles this season (Lugo Open and Valladolid Open). The chemistry between these two players was special and we will miss it.

Marta Marrero and Alejandra Salazar

Perhaps one of the most surprising news is this. Marta Marrero and Alejandra Salazar. After winning the Master, they announced their separation. The 2nd global pair says goodbye to a prolific association: 14 titles from the World Padel Tour, 2 World Championships, 1 Spanish Championship, 2 Masters, and 1 year as leader of the world ranking. A separation that spills a lot of ink as it is incomprehensible for lovers of padel. We will see if the future proves them right.

Martita Ortega and Ariana Sanchez

This pair broke up after playing together for a few years. These two players have been great friends since their beginnings in the minor leagues, and during their time on the World Padel Tour. This season, they won the Melilla Challenger, and are finalists in the Valencia Master, and the Granada Open. They finish 4eworld pair.

Alba Galan and Mari Carmen Villalba

Like his brother, Alba Galan separates from his partner, Mari Carmen Villalba. They separate after six years (and a little break in the middle). In 2018, their best result was the semi-finals of the Encomienda's Arroyo Open, and the quarter-finals of the Andorra Open and the Bilbao Open.

Juani Mieres and Miguel Lamperti

The two players recently announced their separation. The two best friends spent three years together on the World Padel Tour. We already know that the NOX player will play the 2019 season with youngster Lucho Capra.
