The N1 Interclubs 2024 are fast approaching. Of February 2 to 4, the best French teams will meet at Padel Horizon to try to go win the title and succeed the All In Padel. The Lyon club achieved the double last December during the N1 2023 Interclubs.

While we expect to know the list of players present for each club shortly, the first names have come out. And as much as we say it: it's going to be heavy.

The news comes to us from the South of France. My Center Palavas, which will field a men's team and a women's team Padel Horizon, should have international players in its ranks.

In the women's team, runner-up at the Interclubs in Toulouse, two renowned players would be there: Aranzazu Osoro, 12e world player and Andrea Ustero, 41e world champion and reigning junior world champion.

As a reminder, the Palavas players did not pass far from the feat, leading the favorites of the All In to the third decisive match. But Marie-Amélie Dardaine’s injury had extinguished the team's dreams.

For its part, the men's team has just moved up to national 1. And suffice to say that it would arrive with ambitions and a crazy team: Arnau Ayats, 65e worldwide, Ruben Rivera, 75e, Martin Andormino, 88e et Adria Mercadal, 92e.

The southerners will arrive in Île-de-France with the sole objective of doing the double! But be careful, against them, other teams will undoubtedly come with heavy armadas. We think of Home Padel who, during the interregionals, had aligned Miguel Semmler, Mario Huete or the old hope javi clar and the Belgian Laurent Montoisy.

If we do not yet know the list of players from other clubs, we can say, without being mistaken, that Palavas will be part of favorites this year during the interclubs!

Gwenaelle Souyri

It was her brother who one day told her to accompany him to a padel court, since then, Gwenaëlle has never left the court. Except when it comes to going to watch the retransmission of Padel Magazine, World Padel Tour… or Premier Padel…or the French Championships. In short, she is a fan of this sport.
