The Spanish number 1, originally from Mojados and nicknamed “King Arthur,” has reached the top of the world rankings alongside his Argentinian partner Agustín Tapia . Formed in 2023, this pair immediately captivated fans and dominated the padel courts, marking a memorable 2024.
At only 22 years, Arturo Coello embodies a player of exceptional talent and a bright future. Already a junior world champion, he set records for precocity, becoming at 19 the youngest player in history to win a WPT tournament and to win a tournament Premier Padel with the legend Fernando Belasteguín . His collaboration with the padel maestro, Agustín Tapia , was instantly effective, propelling Arturo to the rank of youngest Volume 1 world ranking World Padel Tour at only 21 years old.
