MISSION

The Deputy Manager (RA) assists the Center Director (DC) or City Director (DV) on the operation of the center and the development of turnover. The Center Director or City Director delegates missions to him on:

  • Maintenance
  • Human resources
  • Commercial Activities
  • The Administrator

OBJECTIF

The Deputy Manager is the relay / referent of the Director of the Center or City Manager. He ensures 1 / 3 tasks related to the operation and overall performance of the center. (Maintenance, Commercial, Administrative)

In the absence of the Center Director or City Director, he is the guarantor of the good management of the center.

POST ACTIVITIES

FOCUS MAINTENANCE

Follow-up and control of the daily checklist

Perform small jobs up to 50 € (purchase bulbs, handles ...) without authorization

All requests are to be traced back to the DC who will transmit them to the DR, do not go live

Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment

Keep the center in a good state of repair and daily cleanliness

Manage supplier orders and receptions

FOCUS RH

Staff recruitment assistance: trainee, field manager, educator, referee

Contribution to the development of schedules

Enforce the opening / closing hours of the center in the absence of the DC

Attend the weekly staff meeting with the DC

Attend the monthly performance review meeting (DR + team)

Attend the quarterly performance review meeting (RCG + DR + team)

Help assess staff skills once a quarter

Getting acquainted with 1er 1 Rescue training video p / quarter

Compulsory attendance to group internal training

FOCUS COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES

Tracking objos with the DC throughout the year

Develop group offers

Follow-up and update of the binder product sheets developed by the commercial division

Is project manager on several commercial offers

Follow-up of its missions of the Action Plan

Ensure the publication of daily activities in the absence of DC
