Babolat The Lyon-based brand is continuing its development in padel and is opening a strategic position. They are looking for an Activation Manager. The future employee will join the team Brand Activation France and will report directly to the Brand Activation Manager. Their main mission: to manage major partnerships of Babolat in French and Belgian padel, while ensuring the brand's visibility on the court.
A central role in the development of padel
The position revolves around several key missions. The Activation Officer Padel will be responsible in particular for the management and coordination of key partnerships Babolat with major players in the sector, including ALL IN PADEL , 4PADEL or, Padel Shot .

- manage strategic partnerships in France and Belgium;

A profile geared towards partnership and fieldwork
Babolat looking for a candidate holding a Bac+4/5 (business school or equivalent) with at least three years of experience in partnership management.
A good knowledge of the padel ecosystem is essential, as is the ability to coordinate field activations and to manage cross-functional projects involving several departments.
Fluency in English is required, as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in sales or merchandising would be an asset.
The position involves regular travel to France and Belgium .
