First semi-final

Yesterday morning, Gemma and Lucia took their revenge against Alejandra Salazar and Ariana Sanchez. Dominatrix from the start, they win the first set 6/1 and take the lead in the second but Manu Martin's players do not give up and manage to break free at 5/4 to finally get a tie-break.

A decisive game dominated by Gemma and Lucia who get two match points, including one saved by a totally improbable blow, and very lucky of Sanchez (to see in the video at 1:45). Ari and Ale end up doing it once again and win the set 7/6.

Unfortunately, Ari Sanchez injured his shoulder and could no longer play high balls. Faced with players of the level of Gemma and Lucia, this is not forgiving and in an anecdotal end of the match Sainz and Triay win and validate their ticket for the final : 6/1 6/7 6/1!

Second semi-final

Galvanized by their surprise presence at this stage of the competition, and for their first tournament together, Aranzazu Osoro and Carolina Navarro attacked the match with a bang. They take advantage of binoculars not at their best, to lead quickly 3/0.

But Mapi and Majo take advantage of some faults of their opponents to get into the match, the penalty is immediate: they win six games in a row for to win the first set 6/3.

In the second round, the twins continue their work of undermining and impose themselves without trembling 6 / 3 6 / 3.

Evidence of the homogeneity of the women's circuit, we find today after the boys final, the number 4 seed against the number 5 seed. Two teams who have already won a tournament this season and who will do everything to secure another, and thus become the second pair to have more than one coronation in 2020.
