Bastien Blanqué, the French champion of  padel 2017 and 2018 look back on her journey and her separation from Johan Bergeron.

It was another great year, both personally and athletically. It was great years with Johan Bergeron for these two years by your side in Madrid.

In December 2017, I offered him a project in Madrid, at the beginning, he would say no to me… and on Christmas day you call me back and fire!

We barely knew each other and yet he trusted me. In February 2017, here we are in Madrid, in the biggest club in the world, Sanset Padel with one of the best world coaches Ramiro Choya.

We went on an adventure, without any experience, without thinking for a second about what we were going to accomplish: 2 titles of Champions of France, several months instead of French number 1 and we are in the top 150 world.

We can be proud of ourselves.

We decided to separate in Spain to gain experience but we remain together on the French circuit.

We had the intelligence to discuss it and I hope we will achieve our goals!
