At the level of the Biarritz Olympique Tennis club, Léa Godallier's club, the padel is getting bigger. To retain members a little more, this club has decided to organize its own “Tour” for 2019. In the end, there will be 4 dates of three P100s where players from the BO but also from the region will be able to meet new players. A good initiative for the development of sport.

Guillaume Bichon, Florent Pozzobon and Audrey Cazajous. These three people helped by the club secretaries are the organizers of this event padel on the southwest region. Several low value tournaments (P100) to entice beginner and intermediate level players to step up in friendly tournaments.

A limited number

Today only 2 fields of padel for the Biarritz Olympique club, outdoors, the weather can sometimes cause problems. In order for everyone to play their part in peace, the number of participants is limited to 16 male pairs for the P100 men, 8 female pairs for the P100 ladies and 8 mixed pairs for the mixed P100.

A success

In the first leg at the end of June, the tournament was full. Players have even found themselves on the waiting list. This week was playing the second stage is ... complete also. For those interested in the third leg that will take place the 10 and 11 August, there are still some places, especially for women.

Due to such a demand from local players, the organizers are obliged to schedule matches as in major tournaments, over several days.
