This is a first in Boulogne-Billancourt  : a room of  indoor paddle  will open its doors on  September 15, 2025  , on the site of the former municipal ice rink. Following the closure of this facility for reasons  ecological, technical and economic , the municipality had committed to  maintain the sporting vocation  of the building, in accordance with the expectations of the residents.

A call for projects for a new sporting dynamic

Le  February 12 , the city launched a  call for projects  for the operation of a sporting activity centered on padel.  4PADEL  Group  PLAYERS  will operate the site during the  next three years . (4PADEL now has  149 tracks spread across 25 clubs , throughout the national territory).

High-level equipment for the people of Boulogne

From autumn,  7 padel courts  will be open to the public, including  2 specifically designed for children , in order to encourage practice from a young age. The advertised price is  15 € per hour per player .

Otherwise,  3 hours per year will be reserved for the City , for activities at:

  • some  scholars ,
  • du  social center ,
  • of' municipal sports school ,
    thus offering privileged access to all generations.

Fully financed by 4PADEL, the equipment will benefit from  international standards  the most demanding:

  •  High-end coatings  similar to those used in major competitions,
  •  Digitalization of the tracks  allowing the  video recording of matches ,
  • Analysis of  game actions and statistics  in real time,
  • Integration of tools artificial intelligence  to enrich the user experience.

With this new installation,  Boulogne-Billancourt joins the major French cities investing in padel , a booming, accessible and intergenerational sport.
