Founded in 2021,  Box To Box Agency  In just a few years, it has established itself as a unique entity in the French sporting landscape. Supporting professional athletes, organizing national and international tournaments, developing padel infrastructure: its founder  Vincent Montagnac  details for Padel Magazine the genesis, vision and ambitions of a project conceived for the long term.

An idea born from the field and from friendship

Box To Box Agency was born not just from entrepreneurial intuition, but from a history of practical experience and real-world application. Vincent Montagnac launched the agency with a childhood friend,  Vincent Marchetti , professional player at  Paris FC A central midfielder, often described as  “box to box” It directly inspired the name of the structure.

“It was an obvious reference, almost a tribute,” explains Montagnac. But beyond the football allusion, the name primarily reflects a desire: not to be confined to a single discipline. “We wanted an agency capable of moving from football to tennis, from tennis to padel, and in the future to other sports.”

Filling the gaps in athletes' careers

From the outset, Box To Box has set itself a clear mission:  supporting professional athletes  on aspects often overlooked. Communication, image, partner relations, sponsor management… all essential areas, rarely mastered by athletes.

“High-level athletes aren’t trained for these professions. And yet, they are key elements of their careers,” Montagnac points out. The agency is therefore structured as a comprehensive support tool, present on a daily basis, both on and off the field.

 A multi-faceted, but organized structure

Over time, Box To Box naturally expanded its scope. In addition to supporting players, it also organized competitions.  P1000 ,  P1500 then  FIP Rise  en  2024  on the  port of Bandol  and more recently, the creation of a padel club.

However, not everything is mixed together. Club-related activities are structured in separate entities, while retaining the Box To Box DNA. "If tomorrow we set up an academy, the idea is to be able to bring in players from the agency to coach and support young players in all aspects, including their image," explains Montagnac.

A career path focused on sports management

Before creating Box To Box, Vincent Montagnac trained in sports management, notably in  AMOS  and at the school of   Real Madrid , in Spain. A dual degree that structures his entrepreneurial vision.

He then held the position of general manager of M for one season. arignane-Gignac Côte Bleue FC , then in  National A formative experience, before fully dedicating himself to his own projects. "Many dream of creating their own business. I was lucky enough to be able to do so."

Organizing tournaments as a driving force

Organizing events remains a pillar of development.  From Bandol to Marseille Montagnac is committed to a gradual move upmarket. Recently present at  FIP Platinum of Marseille He emerged deeply affected by the scale of the event.

“When I entered the Palais des Sports, I thought to myself that we needed to organize another tournament in the coming months. Not on this scale, of course, but it's something to look forward to.” Plans are already being considered for  2027 , with the ambition to continue the development of international competitions.

 Saint-Victoret, a lifelong project

The final major step: the creation of a padel club in  St. Victoret , in the  South of France A deeply personal project, born from a discovery of padel in  Madrid  there is  six years .
"I didn't know anything about this sport. And when I saw dozens of courts right in the city center, I thought: I absolutely have to talk about it when I get back."

After several years of searching, the ideal site was found. The club initially built upon what already existed.  six tennis courts  et  two padel courts  outdoor tracks before taking a decisive step with the construction of eight indoor tracks, open since the  20st December 2025.

Woodpad, an architectural and strategic choice

To design this indoor complex, Box To Box consulted numerous stakeholders before making its final decision on  Woodpad .

"We wanted something that stood out, that was different. That's the vision I have for Box To Box, and I wanted to extend it into the club," explains Montagnac.
The Woodpad architecture is immediately appealing: dome effect, total absence of pillars, optimal visibility from all slopes.

"It's incredibly airy and bright. The white tarpaulin lets in light all day long."
The collaboration with the Woodpad teams made it possible to bring the project to fruition, to the point of making the site  Saint-Victoret, the world's largest Woodpad A bold choice, which gives the club an immediately recognizable identity.

Sporting ambitions from the opening day

The club, barely open, is already hosting major events.  End of March Saint-Victoret will host one of the four stages of the  National Youth Tournament 2026 .

“Welcoming the best young players in France from the very first months is a real source of pride,” says Montagnac. A first step in a sporting project destined to grow.

A local perspective on the teams

In the longer term, the creation of competitive teams is on everyone's mind.  national 2 ,  national 1  The objective exists, but without rushing.

"If one day we have a team at that level, I want it to be composed of  club players  or the region. The goal is to create a  sense of belonging "Something familial."

 2026 as a structuring milestone

For 2026, Vincent Montagnac has set three clear objectives. To finalize the complex with a new  clubhouse  and  car park Maintain a high level of satisfaction for all players. And continue to improve the quality of events.

" After the  TNJ The objective would be to organize at least one  P1000  to Saint-Victoret.

Of support for professional athletes  à  the creation of an indoor club  As a leading authority, Box To Box Agency moves forward with a clear guiding principle: to structure, support and develop sport in the long term.
In Saint-Victoret, this vision is now taking shape, driven by strong choices and a distinct identity, notably through  Woodpad  and a measured, but very real ambition.
