Au  Brussels Premier Padel P2 Held at the iconic Gare Maritime – Tour & Taxis venue, the semi-finals promise to be particularly competitive. While the favorites have largely prevailed among the seeded players, one pair stands out:  Tamara Icardo / Claudia Jensen , which is really gaining momentum this season.

Icardo / Jensen confirm their progress

The pair  seeded 5  dispute his  third semi-final of the season  after Riyadh and Gijón. A consistency that confirms their progress on the circuit  Premier Padel .

Their journey in Brussels is undeniable:

  • swift victory against Osoro / Iglesias ( 6 / 2 6 / 0 )
  • A controlled victory in the quarter-final against the favorites  Ariana Sánchez / Andrea Ustero  ( 6 / 4 6 / 2 )

A remarkable result against a top-ranked pair, which now positions Icardo and Jensen as genuine contenders for a first final this season.

In the semi-finals, they will face  Delfina Brea / Gemma Triay , authoritarian victors of Ale Salazar / Ale Alonso ( 6 / 3 6 / 1 ). This meeting will open the afternoon session.

In the other women's semi-final,  Claudia Fernandez / Sofia Araujo  will be opposed to  Paula Josemaría / Bea González , in a duel between major seeded players.

In the men's competition, the final four were as expected.

The men's table respected the hierarchy with the presence of  four first seeds  in the semi-finals.

Chingotto / Galán impress

The pair  Federico Chingotto / Alejandro Galán  cruised through their quarter-final against Guerrero/Navarro ( 6/1 6/0 in 47 minutes They will find  Juan Lebrón / Leo Augsburger , solid winners against Alonso / Goñi ( 7 / 5 6 / 4 ).

Coello/Tapia: a nail-biting finish

With  seven pairs from the top 4  and a confident outsider in these semi-finals of the  Brussels P2 , eyes will be on Icardo / Jensen, the only ones who can shake up a well-established hierarchy… and try to open their account in the final this season.
