A cracked window stops the day

A problem occurred with the glass at the back of center court ended the scheduled evening meetings. The safety concerns were deemed too great, so the organization did not take any risks. Since the repair could not be carried out within the timeframe, the day was suspended, leaving part of the men's picture hanging.

Triay and Brea qualified behind closed doors

In order not to block the progress of the female painting, the last quarter-final opposing Gemma Triay / Delfina Brea à Tamara Icardo / Claudia Jensen was finally played… behind closed doors on track 2, without an audience or recording. An exceptional measure, but necessary to maintain the program.

Triay and Brea did not tremble in these unusual conditions, dominating the match 6 / 2 6 / 1.

A revenge in the semi-final

This victory allows the pair Triay / Brea to find Bea González / Claudia Fernández en semi final, for a remake of last week's final in AsunciónA highly anticipated duel between the two most in-form teams of the moment.
