What  quarterfinal  ! In a thrilling match lasting almost 3 hours,  Jon sanz  et  Momo González  created the exploit  eliminating  Juan Lebrón  et  Franco Stupaczuk  ( TS3 ) at the end of a fight with twists and turns, won  6/3 3/6 7/6  in an electric atmosphere  Buenos Aires .

 A tactically controlled first set 

Yet everything had started well for  Lebrón  et  Stupa , who quickly took the lead in  entry break (3/1) . But some  unforced errors  cost them dearly, and their opponents do not need to be asked twice to  get back on track . It is from this moment that  Jon  et  momo  take orders in  slow conditions  which suit them perfectly:  well-kept net ,  variations in areas ,  surgical defenses … Their  game plan  is executed to perfection. Opposite,  Lebrón  et  Stupa  struggle to find solutions and make a series of mistakes, conceding  five games in a row  and the set,  6/3 .

 The 3rd seed awakens in the second round 

The dynamics seem to remain the same in the  second act ,  Sanz  et   González   obtain  break opportunities , without making them concrete.  4/3 , the Spanish pair  weakens slightly .  Lebrón  et  Stupa  take advantage of it to  breaker  and conclude the set  6/3  and a  turning  in the match that  fully relaunched  the part.

Boosted by this set won,  Lebrón  et  Stupa  show a much more attitude  combative , including a  Franco Stupaczuk found  and  Juan Lebrón surprisingly positive  and encouraging, far from his  annoyed behavior  from last week. They  entry break , are made  unbreak then  regain the advantage …before  serve a first time for the match at 5/4 . But  Sanz  et  González  don't give up, save  two match points , defend with  bravery  and stick back together.  A first semi-final together for Momo and Jon 

After having  smothered Cardona / Augsburger  in eighth,  Sanz  et  González  validate their  first semi-final  together on the  personalised tour Premier Padel .
