Caen and its surroundings constitute a very dynamic area of French and international padel, notably with the organization of the tournament FIP Bronze of Mondeville , the second tournament of the year on the circuit FIP Tour and the first in the Bronze category.
FIP BRONZE TORCHIO PADELSHOT
Le FIP Tour invites himself to Mondeville , a French commune located in the department of Calvados , in the region Normandy , and in the district of Caen . The first competition Bronze of the year 2025 and the second tournament of the season after the Sydney FIP Silver . A competition that took place from January 8 to 12, 2025 at the club of PadelShot Mondeville . A tournament that hosts two qualifying rounds and 32 teams in the main draw.
Tournament Mondeville FIP crowned this year the Spanish pair Diego Garcia (222ᵉ) / Javier Nunez (325th) with a 6/1 7/6 victory over the tournament's top seeded pair, the Spanish pair Aliaga (135ᵉ) / Cordoba (117ᵉ).
With the French, Maxime Forcin , associated with Spanish Adria Mercadal , reached the semi-finals before losing to the No. 1 seeds.
On the women's side, the final was, as for the men, a 100% Spanish final with the pair crowned Natividad Lopez (93ᵉ) / Aida Martinez (91st), seeded 2. A 7/5 7/6 victory over the seeded 3 pair, composed of Claudia Escacena (124ᵉ) and Aitana garcia (89ᵉ).
Among the French, three pairs reached the quarter-finals but failed at the gates of the last four:
- Cassandra Senjean et Manon Marcarie : defeat against the 2nd seed
- Steffi Merah et Melissa Martin : defeat against the pair seeded 4

The club that hosted a tournament of FIP Tour with the FIP Bronze of Mondeville last January. An essential place for padel in Normandy .
