They are just 17 years old and we are making a great impression for their first international tournament.

Let us introduce them to you.

It is Ricardo Gomez Campos et Leandro Roman Augsberger, one is Spanish, the other Ergentin and given the level of play they were able to display during the competition, everything suggests that a bright future awaits them.

The two youngsters of this FIP Rise Canet played the game of questions and answers during an interview at the microphone of Lorenzo Lecci Lopez for Padel Magazine.

First of all, it is the Argentinian who confides in his first impressions during this first international competition: “Despite the wind which may have bothered us at times when we were doing lobs, we both felt good on the track”

His teammate Ricardo adds: “We lost in the tie break in the first set, and despite a good second set, our opponents had to take the advantage, but we felt comfortable ”.

During this discussion, the question about their future goals (WPT, international circuit…) was put to them and it is with great confidence and humility that the young Spaniard replied: “ the goal is to improve little by little and see how far we can go ".

FYI, the Hispano-Argentinian pair lost in the Round of 1 against Consegrua Gutierrez and Garcia Valverde 6-7 4-6.
