At only 15 years,  Carla Greff  embodies this new generation of young French players who are progressing quickly, methodically, and ambitiously. Ranked  313th French The player, originally from the PACA region, continues her steady progress, fueled by a clear project:  to establish themselves on the national circuit before competing sustainably on the international stage .

Trained in  Universe Padel  In Fos-sur-Mer, she trains under the direction of  Jérôme Scheffer , former coach of  Thomas Leygue , a structured framework to support his project.

 Early beginnings and rapid progression 

Carla discovered padel three years ago in Martigues. She quickly found herself competing, initially in the P100 boys' category due to a lack of female opponents. This formative experience accelerated her learning of the game.

Shortly afterwards, she moved on to higher-level women's tournaments. The results followed:  PACA regional champion last year ,  runner-up this season and a rapid rise in the national rankings, until joining  the top 10 in his age category .

His list of achievements is already starting to grow with  four victories in P250  and a beautiful  fifth place in P500 , his best result to date.

 A decidedly attacking profile 

 Left player Carla relies on a  attack-oriented game Her vibra is one of her strengths, a weapon she likes to use to make a difference. She feels more comfortable attacking than defending, an aspect of the game she continues to work on daily.

Playing against more experienced players remains a constant source of motivation for her. She cites in particular  Augustine Charpentier (70th)  ou  Zia Debroy (70th minute) whom she regularly encounters at tournaments, as inspiring role models, particularly for their long-term stability as a duo.

 First steps internationally 

This season marks a turning point with  the discovery of the international circuit Carla is playing in her first tournament.  FIP Promises in Barcelona , partnered with a Spanish player ( Arnalte Sanchez Maria ). A formative experience that allowed her to achieve a world ranking in the under-18 category, where she now sits at the  184th place .

Following this logic, she recently found a partner based in Marseille, with whom she shares the same project. Together, they plan to compete in several FIP tournaments, including one in Turin, in order to continue gaining experience and points.

 A structured… and expensive project 

As with many young talents, the financial aspect remains a major issue. A full season represents  an estimated budget of around 10,000 euros Carla can count on an initial partnership with  Bullpadel , which accompanies him on textiles, as well as on  support from local businesses  from his region.

Fully aware of these challenges, she is actively working on her social media communication in order to gain visibility and attract new sponsors.

 Spain as a key transit point 

To continue improving, Carla trains regularly in Spain, particularly at  Padelarium , where she travels at least four times a year. While there, she benefits from a  dense network of players  and  training partners , a valuable asset to raise one's level of play and increase the number of quality matches.

 Between studies and high level 

Currently in her second year of high school, Carla has to deal with a  A busy schedule between classes, training, and competitions. She alternates padel sessions with physical preparation, although she would like to be able to train more.

In the medium term,  a switch to CNED is being considered  in order to devote himself more fully to his sporting project, without neglecting his schooling.

 Clear goals and strong family support 

In the short term, the goal is clear: to break into the French top 200. In the longer term, Carla hopes  to establish a lasting presence on the FIP circuit  and continue climbing the international ranks. His ultimate dream? To one day compete in a Premier Padel and establish themselves among the best.

 An ambitious project , made possible thanks  to the unwavering support of his parents , very invested in her development. Her mother encourages her as much as possible to travel to Spain, where the pool of players offers more opportunities. While the logistical and organizational constraints are real,  The most important thing for them is that Carla thrives in her project. .

At 15, there is still a long way to go, but one thing is for sure: Carla Greff is already moving forward with the maturity and determination of a player aiming for the top level.
