The French  Carla Toully  (74th in the world) and the Spaniard  Lucía Peralta-Exposito  (79th) make their debut today at  FIP Platinum Veracruz , with a tricky but manageable first round against the Spanish  Noemí Aguilar  (49th in the world) and  Teresa Navarro  (55e).
