Carlos Pozzoni , a key figure in coaching in professional padel, is this season in charge of one of the most media-friendly pairs on the circuit:  Franco Stupaczuk  et  Juan Lebrón A duo that he himself describes as  "turbulent" , capable of the best as well as the worst.

A pair under high tension

Asked by bein sports, Pozzoni acknowledged that managing his players' emotions is a constant challenge.
"They're a restless pair, we get used to it. Often, the arguments are between Juan and me, and it's Franco who calms us down. But what happens on the track stays on the track," he explains, taking responsibility for the sometimes heated exchanges in the middle of a match.

The Juan Lebrón case

The Argentine coach also spoke about the character of the  Wolf , often singled out by the public and the media.
"I feel bad for him. He's an exceptional boy, but the competitive part is what costs him the most. He's working on it, but he suffers from the criticism, even if sometimes it's justified. My goal is for him to be on the field as he is off it. If I achieve that, we'll see the best versions of Stupa and Lebrón."

With this ambition, Pozzoni wants to take the Spanish-Argentine duo to a new level, both in terms of  tactic  that emotional .
