The pairs Castello / Villalba and Barahona / Zaratiegui walk away with the title in CUPRA FIP Finals which took place this week in Cagliari, Sardinia.

We were expecting a big game in the ladies' house, and we got it! Beaten with Alix Collombon in her last two clashes against Barbara Las Heras and Veronica Virseda, Jessica Castello has finally taken her revenge! With Mari Carmen Villalba, the 19th player in the world has suffered again but this time she leaves with the title: 3/6 7/6 6/3. A great way to end this wonderful 2021 season!

For the men, Iñigo Zaratiegui and Javier Barahona once again offered a recital. The 49th and 56th in the WPT ranking left no chance for two players who are ahead of them in the ranking. Arroyo (41) and Ramirez (28) will have been very clearly dominated by the seeded 4, who ends this tournament without losing a single set! Winners 6/2 6/3, Barahona and Zaratiegui offer themselves a well-deserved title!
