It’s now official (or almost):  Spain P1 will not be played in Barcelona , as initially planned, but at  Tarragona , in what will be a  a big first for the Catalan city .

After weeks of uncertainty and a  tournament postponement ,  Premier Padel  finally decided: the  Spanish tournament  will be held from  27 July at 3 August 2025 , in the coastal city. An announcement that will be made public between  June 16 and 17 , according to sources from The little one Padel.

A unique location for the professional circuit

The tournament is expected to be played at  Palau d'Esports de Catalunya , also known as  Palacio de los Deportes Juegos Mediterráneos . A modern room of  nearly 5 places , which had welcomed the  Mediterranean Games in 2018 . It will be a  first for professional padel  in this enclosure, but the organization relies on a solid reception capacity and a well-established logistical framework.

 A Spanish puzzle finally complete

With this announcement,  the Spanish calendar of Premier Padel 2025 is now complete . After  Gijón ,  Valladolid ,  Madrid ,  Malaga , and  Barcelona  is  Tarragona  which closes the loop, adding a  new unprecedented stage  on the world padel map.

Catalonia will therefore count  two appointments Premier Padel  with Barcelona for the Premier Padel Finals in December and therefore Tarragona at the end of July.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
