A positive assessment of the FFT experience
What is your assessment of this adventure?
“Very positive. The trust placed in us from the very beginning by Arnaud Di Pasquale, who wanted us to be able to organize and develop the youth mission based on what I was already doing in PACA, and Alexia Dechaume subsequently, allowed us to lay the foundations for a real project. It was a great adventure with my colleagues Yann Auradou and Marianne Vandaele.”
An intact passion for development
How do you look back on your years in this mission today? youth padel ?
"I have very fond memories of those years. I'm proud of what we were able to accomplish. My experience as president, as well as a background as a club manager and director for over 30 years—I set up my first padel courts in Beausoleil—helped me a lot."
PACA, a dynamic pilot league
What are your greatest achievements as a Pilot League in PACA ?
“The PACA league has been truly innovative with the implementation of numerous actions:
- Gatherings and detections of young players
- Structuring events for young people »
Ambitious projects in the region
What projects do you plan to implement in the near future in PACA?
"We plan to create a label “Youth Training Club” to promote clubs invested in the training and development of padel. Our DNA remains focused on mass detection and the development of young people, in order to ensure the sustainable development of padel.
WinWin Padel, a 360-degree living club
How did you start your collaboration with WinWin Padel ?
“This mission was born from my meeting with Sébastien Caille, who wanted to breathe real club dynamics into WinWin PadelThe idea was to offer a 360-degree club life: varied activities, teaching, structure... a whole range of activities for everyone, children, families and adults.
An attractive and unmissable club
What are the results obtained so far with WinWin? Padel ?
“Today, WinWin Padel has become one of the essential complexes in the national padel microcosm with the organization of FFT tournaments, with around 900 members. We also organize courses for children and adults during school holidays, charity events and a P2000 next May.
In the face of difficulties, a united community
The club is also facing some difficulties. What impact does this have on your project?
"Faced with the difficulties encountered, the club community has proven to be even stronger and more united. Today, WinWin Padel represents 900 members, involved local businesses, partner schools, and an active community. It has become a must-see in the national padel microcosm. Steps are underway to ensure the sustainability of the complex and the continuation of its activities.
"My management experience, combined with my background as a club manager and director for over 30 years, has allowed me to acquire solid expertise. I installed my first padel courts in Beausoleil over 10 years ago, which now allows me to fully invest in these future projects with confidence and ambition."

Franck Binisti discovered padel at the Club des Pyramides in 2009 in the Paris region. Since then, padel has been part of his life. You often see him touring France to cover major French padel events.
