In the women's circuit, like at men's, partner changes have become commonplace. However, a few pairs stand out for their consistency and loyalty throughout the season. From Riyadh, where the season began, to Milan, which marked its end in 2024, six women's teams have managed to keep their collaboration intact in 2024.

The six pairs remaining united in 2024

  • Ariana Sánchez and Paula Josemaría : The world number 1 pair continued to dominate the circuit with regularity and brilliance.
  • Delfi Brea and Bea González : A formidable duo that has confirmed its status among the elite. But we know that 2025 could be very different for both players.
  • Lucia Sainz and Patty Llaguno : Experienced and solid, they demonstrated a cohesion which allowed them to remain competitive against increasingly younger opponents.
  • Andrea Ustero and Ale Alonso : These young talents have proven that a full season together can also be a springboard for the future.
  • Noa Canovas and Jimena Velasco : A discreet but consistent pair, who have forged an identity on the circuit. The proof again during the FIP FINALS in Bourg-en-Bresse and a great semi-final.
  • Marta Barrera and Marta Caparrós : Their understanding allowed them to stay together. But until when?

An exception in a circuit in perpetual motion

Like the men's, the women's circuit is marked by frequent changes, often motivated by the search for better results or better alchemy. In this context, completing an entire season with the same partner has become a challenge. These six teams are therefore exceptions and prove that stability can also be a lever for performance. It should be noted in passing that this is twice as many as for the men.

Stability vs. Change: An Open Debate

While some teams see breakups as a necessary step toward turning a corner, others rely on patience and long-term teamwork. These pairings, who have endured an entire year, show that it is possible to remain competitive while prioritizing continuity.

With the 2025 season in sight, it will be interesting to see if this consistency will pay off or if they too will succumb to the temptation of change in order to continue to progress.
