The new rankings  FIP  have fallen and the overall trend remains complicated for the French. Among the men in particular, several players have dropped further in the world rankings, a consequence of lost points and a lack of strong results in recent weeks on the international circuit.

Despite this, some players are taking advantage of their recent good performances to make significant progress.

 Guichard remains the French number 1, Leygue drops out of the top 160 

At men's,  Dylan Guichard  He remains the number 1 Frenchman despite losing one place. He now finds himself:
 101th in the world .

A slight drop that takes him out of the world's top 100.

Behind them, the decline continues:

  •  Johan Bergeron  : 153th in the world (-2)
  •  Timeo Fonteny  : 160th in the world (-1)
  •  Bastien Blanqué  : 165th in the world (-4)

The Frenchman loses again:

 167th in the world .

A big drop linked to the loss of points last season and a difficult start to the year.

 the third Frenchman in the world rankings .

 Joris, Vives and Raichman are making great progress 

The positive momentum stems primarily from the Asian tour.

 Maxime Joris  continues its climb.

The Frenchman continues to gain ground thanks to:

  • his title at  FIP Bronze Singapore 
  • his semi-final at  FIP Bronze Samui 

He now finds himself:
 221st in the world (+6) .

But the biggest jump of the week goes to:

 Manuel Vives 

The Frenchman wins:
 15 seats 
and climbs:
 235th in the world .

A logical reward after his superb Asian tour with Maxime Joris.

 Philemon Raichman  He also took advantage of his quarter-final appearance at the FIP Bronze Samui to win:
 4 seats 
and go back up:
 242th in the world .

Conversely:
 Nicolas Rouanet 
loses 4 places and is now 228th in the world.

 In women, greater stability 

On the female side, the differences are much smaller.

 Alix Collombon  remains by far the number 1 French company:
 34th in the world .

Behind :

  •  Léa Godallier  gains one place and moves up to 55th in the world
  •  Carla Toully  remains stable in 83rd place
  •  Louise Bahurel  remains 119th in the world

Thanks to his very impressive final at  FIP Bronze Samui  In Thailand, the Frenchwoman wins:

and climbs:
 144th in the world .

Conversely:

  •  Melissa Martin  loses 4 places
  •  Steffi Merah  loses 3 places
  •  Marie-Amelie Dardaine  drops 5 places

 A big week ahead to bounce back 

Overall, this ranking update remains rather downward for the French camp, particularly among the men where several players continue to lose significant points.

But with a very busy week of  FIP Tour  In the future, several French players will quickly have the opportunity to bounce back and recover valuable points in the world rankings.
