From December 2, 2024 to December 31, 2024 

 Article 1: Organizing company 

Company  SCAN IMMO – France Padel Padel Magazine  (Siret No.: 53149577800015) organizes, in partnership with  SPASH , a competition of the  December 02, 2024 at 10:00 p.m.  au  December 31, 2024 at 23:59 p.m. The aim is to promote the visibility of the SPASH brand.

 Article 2: Participants 

The competition is open to  physical persons  having access to a club equipped with the system  SPASH  and registered in the application. Excluded: persons who participated directly or indirectly in the organization of the game, their beneficiaries, as well as members of the staff of Padel Magazine and SPASH. Participation implies unreserved acceptance of these rules. Any violation will result in the participation being void.

 Article 3: Terms of participation 

 Step 1: Conditions of participation  To participate, the candidate must play in a club using the SPASH system and submit videos via one of the following means: use the " Padel Magazine » on SPASH interfaces, publish a video clip on social networks with the hashtag  #SpashcontestPadelShops , or email the video clip to  infos@spash.com . The participant must also authorize the distribution of his image and video on social networks.  Tennis Legend .
 Step 2: Selecting Videos  The SPASH teams and Padel Magazine will select the  best padel videos .
 Step 3: Designation of the winners  Three videos will be selected, and the three winners will receive a prize. Any incomplete or incorrect entries will be void.

 Article 4: Designation of winners 

The game ends on  December 31, 2024 at 23:59 p.m. . Winners will be contacted by  SPASH  at the end of the competition.

 Article 5: Grants 

Three winners will be chosen:  Favorite of Padel Magazine  (video chosen by Padel Magazine),  SPASH's favorite  (video chosen by SPASH),  Community Favorite  (video chosen by a poll among 10 pre-selected videos).
 Rewards  :  Favorite of Padel Magazine  : a racket  Babolat  (value: €130).  SPASH's favorite  : a pair of shoes  Babolat  (value: €125).  Community Favorite  : sporting goods  Babolat  (total value: €80). Prizes are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

 Article 6: Award of prizes 

After verification of the conditions of participation, the winners will be informed and will receive their prizes directly from SPASH.

 Article 7: Guarantees and liability 

The competition complies with the laws in force. The organizer guarantees the conformity of the prizes. In the event of a technical problem or force majeure, no compensation may be claimed.

 Article 8: Consultation of the regulations 

The regulations can be viewed online via a link available on SPASH social networks.

 Article 9: Modifications and force majeure 

Padel Magazine and SPASH reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of fraud, technical problem or other unforeseen situation.

 Article 10: Accessibility 

Although Padel Magazine and SPASH strive to ensure optimal operation, they cannot ensure permanent availability of online services.

 Article 11: Intellectual Property 

All content related to the competition (texts, images, videos) are protected by copyright and cannot be used without prior authorization from Padel Magazine or SPASH.

 Article 12: Data protection and freedoms 

The information collected (name, first name, address, telephone number, etc.) is used only for the management of the game and the production of internal statistics. This data will not be communicated or sold to third parties, except technical service providers necessary for the competition, who will respect confidentiality. The data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.

 Article 13: Applicable law 

These regulations are subject to French law. Any persistent dispute will be submitted, in the absence of an amicable agreement, to the competent court of Lyon.
