Let's bypass, for the moment, all the steps that precede but are critical to the success of the project, such as choosing the location, obtaining all the permits, and constructing the concrete slab on which the courts will stand, and let's get right into the installation of the actual court.

Even starting with the unloading of goods, the Fiberglass Courts represent a big step forward from their predecessors: Structure, ComfortGlass, and ZeroS carpet (the world's first sand-free) can rely on extreme lightness (almost 1/3 compared to traditional padel courts), which greatly simplifies the unloading phase from the truck.

Once the goods are on the ground and once the perimeter of the structure is drawn on the slab, assembly of the components can begin: The 12 poles are placed inside the 12 brackets and then the grids can begin to be attached: here are two of the key technologies that distinguish the Fiberglass structure come into play at this stage: Click&Fix and RailSystem, thanks to which the assembly of the grids takes place in very few moments and in a hyper-intuitive way without the need for screws, drills or welding.

Once this phase (performed completely with goods on the ground) is completed, the raising of the structure and its attachment to the ground can begin. That done, the creation of the door, balcony, corner posts and 12 ComfortGlass posts begins.

ComfortGlass installation

The most salient feature of ComfortGlass is encapsulated in its special composition: it is made not of glass but of an acrylic compound that makes it for the first time totally indestructible and therefore 100% safe not only for players but also for installers.

As mentioned at the beginning, ComfortGlass is also much lighter than classic 12mm tempered glass and this results in 'excellent handling and optimized timing.

The most crucial aspect, again, lies in the design of its profiles, and thanks to a special groove and an innovative rail system, it attaches in moments to the previously installed fiberglass poles.

Once attached to the support brackets, directly to the ground, the installation is complete and we thus arrive at the ZeroS mat.

ZeroS Installation

ZeroS is the first carpet in the world that does not require the use of sand so it goes without saying that this step will be totally bypassed.

The most salient feature in the installation of this special synthetic turf mat lies in the fact that it is totally glued to the ground, so there are no bubbles or creases on the mat that affect proper ball bounce. Therefore, after the glue has been spread evenly on the slab, the rolls of ZeroS can be spread and secured to the ground, paying special attention to the joints between one roll and the next.

At this point, it is the turn of the white lines: after tracing the contours, ZeroS is cut with the help of a special machine that will create the space for fixing the lines.

Once this stage is finished, all that remains is to make the mat adhere well using weights, and once the glue has dried the world's most innovative padel court will be ready. Not before installing all the last accessories that are needed to complete the court: the net, lights and the protection kit.
