Quarantine is not an excuse to remain inactive. Every day we offer you a session to do at home in order to arrive in great shape when resuming padel.

Today we offer you a little challenge. If you've done our lower body strengthening sessions well, you should be fine. It is a small music squat challenge. So put the sound on the video!

As soon as the music says “Bring Sally up” you must ride up, and as soon as she says “Bring Sally Down” you must go down. The rest of the time you stay in isometric break, with the buttocks under the knees. The objective is of course to hold until the end of the video.

No need to go all the way down, just keep in mind that you have to be just below the parallel. Remember to keep your back straight while activating your abs, and to push your knees well on the outside. Also remember to warm up beforehand. Good luck !
