Quarantine is not an excuse to remain inactive. Every day we offer you a session to do at home in order to arrive in great shape when resuming padel.

Something promised, something due! We told you that soon you will be entitled to a pump challenge, this day has arrived. If you have done nothing but lower body training new offers yesterday you should have the upper body attack today for the “bring sally up” challenge, pump version !

For those who have already made the versions squatting et sheathing, you will realize that today's challenge is another pair of sleeves. But if you have done the pump drives that we had advised you, you should be able to do it!

The exercise consists of going up when the music says “bring sally up” and going down when it says “bring sally down”, all the rest of the time you have to stay in the low isometric pump position. In order to put your chances on your side, choose a hand spacing that best suits your strengths. If you are very strong with the triceps, do not hesitate to tighten your hands a little, on the contrary, if you are rather powerful of the pectorals, it is better to spread a little.

Before performing the challenge, remember to warm up well, so as not to injure yourself, but do not get tired during your warm-up, because the challenge is still difficult. If you do not get there the first time, do not panic, note the time that you managed to hold, practice pumps, and try again in a few days, you might be surprised! Good luck 🙂
