Le coach of 4Padel has put together a little challenge for you that you can do from anywhere with just a racket, a ball ... and your talent! The objective is to bounce the ball on one side of your pala, then on the other, on the side edge, and finally on the top edge. All this in a row, of course.

A good way to get back in touch with your racket and work on your dexterity. For those who hoped for a physical session, do not hesitate to dig in all sessions that we have offered you since the start of confinement. Have fun !
