Quarantine is not an excuse to remain inactive. Every day we offer you a session to do at home in order to arrive in great shape when resuming padel.

On this Easter Sunday, nothing better to eliminate excess of all kinds than a small endurance session. We therefore offer you a rather difficult leg circuit. It consists of a 5 exercises, which you will try to achieve as quickly as possible, and with as little rest as possible.

As fast as possible does not mean just how, it must of course perform the movements properly first of all. And if we are comfortable with exercise, we will seek to accelerate. The objective is to achieve three times the sequence taking the least possible time of rest.

Here are the 5 exercises to perform:

  • box squats : classic squats, you just have to touch your buttocks on the chair when going down, take a chair, or a bench that makes you go down just below the parallel
  • Slots : you alternate a left leg lunge a right leg lunge, going until touching the knee on the ground
  • burpees : be careful going back up so as not to round your back too much, if too difficult, start on a high support, like on the video
  • squat jump : a classic squat but you jump up
  • Mountain climbers

For confirmed, we will chain three rounds of: 50 squats, 50 lunges (25 per leg), 25 burpees, 25 jumps squat, 50 moutain climbers (25 on each side).

For intermediaries, three rounds of: 35 squats, 30 lunges (15 per leg), 15 burpees, 20 jumps squat, 30 moutain climbers (15 on each side).

Finally, for beginners, three rounds of: 20 squats, 20 lunges (10 per leg), 10 burpees, 15 jumps squat, 20 moutain climbers (10 on each side).

It can be interesting to do this training once or twice a week. You will be able note the time that you will have completed the three laps, including rest, and try to improve from week to week. Do not confuse speed and precipitation, you must always perform the movements perfectly to avoid injury.
