Quarantine is not an excuse to remain inactive. Every day we offer you a session to do at home in order to arrive in great shape when resuming padel.

Today is Sunday, and on Sunday we don't get too tired. Generally, in physical preparation, it is important to leave at least one day of rest between two intense sessions. So, taking into account that the training of tomorrow will be intense, and that yesterday's training was not easy either, we leave today to regain some energy.
