- Alejandro Ruiz and Alejandro Arroyo, initially seeded 1, withdraw from the tournament.
- The Belgians Clément Geens and Maxime Deloyer also declare forfeit.
These absences allow new pairs to enter the main draw and reorganize the seeding positions.

- Agustin Reca (207th) et Alvaro Lopez Luque (207th) integrate the table to replace Ruiz and Arroyo.
