The car brand CUPRA is already part of the landscape of World Padel Tour. In recent weeks, a newcomer has roared in the aisles of tournaments: the Formentor.

Formentor is its name. The Catalan CUPRA factory unveils its new model 100% made for the brand, which replaces the ATECA CUPRA that we used to see on the slopes.

It is therefore a new tailor-made version, a name that resonates with a holiday memory (Formentera), which will now accompany the tournaments of the World Padel Tour, but also the major tournaments of FIP Tour and international competitions.

To top it off, the brand sponsors 5 of the best players, Fernando Belasteguín, Pablo Lima, Ale Galán, but also ladies with Ariana Sánchez and Alejandra Salazar. They will be the first to spin the wheels of this beast through the streets of Spain in custom versions.

Technical side

The Formentor is a blend of elegance, convenience, comfort, and above all power within everyone's reach. At an affordable price for this type of vehicle, the Formentor has a good chance of taking market share.

It is a family SUV with a 420l trunk that will welcome you in an elegant, super-equipped, comfortable and… sporty interior. This is also why CUPRA supports the padel ; for this competitive spirit.

The engine is a 4l 2.0 cylinder engine which develops up to X, a beast that only asks that we tickle its whiskers to start roaring.

Equipped with the latest technology, sequential steering wheel speeds for “RACE” driving or automatic for Sunday rides, this Formentor will be yours for 46 000€.
