Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 333-10 of the Sports Code, the judge in summary proceedings noted the existence of serious and repeated infringements of the exclusive rights of the FFT, committed by major streaming sites illegally broadcasting the 2022 Roland-Garros tournament.

By this decision, the judge in chambers ordered the Internet service providers (ISPs) to implement, at the latest within 2 days following notification of the decision, all specific measures to prevent, until the end of the 2022 edition of the Roland-Garros tournament, access to the sites identified by the FFT in its assignment as well as to sites not yet identified on the date of the decision.

Taking into account the long-known duration and schedule of the 2022 edition of the Roland-Garros tournament, this decision has been rendered as soon as possible so that the proportionate blocking measures can be implemented very quickly. by ISPs.

It will be up to the ARCOM (Audiovisual and digital communication regulatory authority) to implement, in collaboration with the FFT and the ISPs, the dynamic blocking measures that will be required thereafter.
