The list of players present in Egypt has been released and two notable absences among the men have been noted: paul cardona / Paquito Navarro et Juan lebron / Martin Di Nenno. Indeed, the world number 3 pair decided to skip the NewGiza P2… This absence did not fail to cause discussion on X (former Twitter).
Lately, Juan lebron seems – once again – in turmoil. The former world number 1 seems to be caught up by his old demons. On the track, as well as off it, El Lobo has difficulty hiding his sometimes difficult character.
In Paris, Lebron stood out not once, but twice. The first time in training, with a lively controversy launched by Lisandro Borges… then in his meeting with Ale Galan et Fede Chingotto where the Andalusian's resentment towards his former teammate seemed to have taken over everything else. During these two moments, Martin Di Nenno played the mediator to calm his partner down and get him back into the game.
Now, there is the absence of Juan Lebron and Martin Di Nenno in Egypt that already raises some questions. Obviously, this can be seen as a break for both players who will prepare to play the World Cup in Qatar, respectively with Spain and Argentina. Others already see a weariness by Martin Di Nenno as for his teammate's behavior...
However, Martin Di Nenno is a patient player and this is well known. Both on and off the track, the Argentinian is of a calm temperament. Recently, he had even pleaded his partner's cause, when he was attacked by the public at Valladolid P2.
However, for a few days now, radio silence has been going on on the Instagram of both players, especially Juan Lebron. The latter did not post on his account after his defeat in the semi-final of the Greenweez Paris Major, as he usually does.
However, It is not yet time to draw conclusions. The pair has huge potential… and even won a title this season! A split after a few tournaments would seem totally premature… Also, we should see them again during the Dubai Premier Padel P1 from November 3 to 10.
It was her brother who one day told her to accompany him to a padel court, since then, Gwenaëlle has never left the court. Except when it comes to going to watch the retransmission of Padel Magazine, World Padel Tour… or Premier Padel…or the French Championships. In short, she is a fan of this sport.
