This weekend took place the first Doha International Open. In the prestigious club of the “club padel Doha ”, organized by Doha Sport Company and Qatar Tennis Federation, a Spanish pair walk away with the title.

Qatar, another emerging country padel. The first International Open was held in the city of Doha. A unique place with very good quality facilities for a show and a level of play that say a lot about the future and the capabilities of this country.

The tournament was an international success. The local pairs presented a very good level of play against the foreign pairs from Spain, Argentina, Sweden, Italy, Portugal and even Belgium to the delight of the public.

The final between Mario Doncel and the legendary Jerónimo Cañas to Juan Antonio Senent and Carlos Cano. The latter leave with this first Qatari title.

A great event for the padel in Qatar and good news for the padel international.
