The women's final  Premier Padel Malaga P1  could have tipped over to the side of  Paula Josemaría  et  Bea González . In  5/4 in the third set The Spanish women were serving for the title against  Gemma Triay  et  Delfi Brea , while the latter was physically impaired.

But a simple exchange during a change of ends completely changed the scenario.

 Delfi Brea injured her elbow 

During the third set,  Delfi Brea  She hits the metal barrier and feels pain in her elbow. The Argentine number 1 then seems to be in trouble, while Josemaría and González gain the upper hand.

À  5/4 The Spanish women are now just one game away from winning the tournament.

 Seba Nerone's decisive intervention 

This is when  Seba Nerone , coach of the Triay / Brea pair, intervenes during the change of ends.

Its message is simple:

 "You're going to give me another ten minutes." 

A phrase reported by the Spanish journalist Joaquín Serna, which clearly had the desired effect.

 One last effort to turn the tide of the final 

Despite the pain,  Delfi Brea  draws on its last reserves. Alongside a  Gemma Triay  Playing very offensively, the pair immediately regained control of the match.

The two players finished the match with  35 winning moves turn the situation around and prevail  7/5 3/6 7/6  after more than three hours of fighting.

 A duel that continues to captivate the circuit 

This final illustrates once again the intensity of the rivalry between the two best teams at the moment.

On the one hand,  Triay / Brea , leaders of the Race ranking, on the other  Josemaría / González always lying in wait. In Bordeaux as in Málaga, the confrontations between these two pairs come down to details.
