From June 2nd to 6th, the Côte d'Azur hosted the Riviera Wheelchair Padel Tour , a three-stage tour dedicated to wheelchair padel. On the program: two P100s and one P250 divided between Nice, Antibes et Villeneuve-Loubet .
Dorian Navarro et Sebastien Husser-Walther shone on the Riviera Wheelchair Padel Tour 2025 , winning two of the three stages organized between Nice, Antibes et Villeneuve-Loubet This tour, dedicated to the padel-armchair , brought together several of the best French players, including Nicolas Vanlerberghe , Laurent Giammartini and the Dutch Robin Ammerlaan , for a week of intense competition on the Côte d'Azur. The victories of Navarro and Husser-Walther, notably their success in the P250 final after 3 hours and 20 minutes of competition, confirm their status as benchmarks in the discipline.



A first step under the sign of randomness
The kick-off was given at Nice , with an original format: the pairs were formed by drawing lots. A game mode which allowed for new associations. These are ultimately Bernard Fasanelli (n°13) et Nicolas Vanlerberghe (n°2) who have imposed themselves.
Antibes: landmarks rediscovered
The next day, the players had an appointment at Antibes. for a second stage in classic format, with pairs chosen in advance. Dorian Navarro (No. 1) et Sébastien Husser-Walther (n°4) proved to be the strongest. In the final, they dominated Laurent Giammartini (n°3) and the Dutch Robin Ammerlaan (ass no. 1) , one of the best European players. The score in the super tie-break was unquestionable: 10/1.
A final contested until the end in Villeneuve-Loubet
After a day of rest, the tour concluded at Villeneuve-Loubet , on the Urban Soccer facilities, with a P250 , official federal event. The final pitted two pairs in great form against each other: Navarro / Husser-Walther face Vanlerberghe / Ammerlaan .
After being pushed around at the start of the second and third rounds, the French were able to come back each time to finally win. 5/7 7/6 7/6 , After 3h20 game .
A discipline that continues to grow
Beyond the results, this tour highlighted the dynamism of wheelchair padel in France. The quality of the organization, supported by Laurent Giammartini , François Heyraud et Dorian Navarro , was welcomed by the participants.
