Several of us tested the Duruss racquets. and the least we can say is that they have the look. The Duruss Steel is the appropriate racquet for players looking for a balanced racquet with an extra touch of power compared to the Cobalt for example.

Materials and look

Contrary to what one might think, this racket is not made of steel, but of carbon. The materials used in this racket are very noble with an excellent finish. At the level of the look, it remains on the same line as the other rackets. The racket combines this famous foam used by other brands the super soft Eva which gives it a flexibility that do not necessarily for example Varlion. This full carbon racquet however increases the rigidity of the racket.

It is a racquet that should rather be put in the hands of players of padel confirmed. It is not that technical, but its potential is important and to exploit it to the maximum, it is in the best interest to master all the strokes of the padel.

Versatility focused on attack

What sets it apart from others is this cross maneuverability with a powerful racket but not that much. The overall balance of the racket, despite a rather heavy head weight, is relatively neutral in terms of playability. Clearly, this racket is not that powerful compared to stiffer rackets for example with similar head weight.

A strong snowshoe

Here too, this racket is distinguished by its longevity. Indeed, it has an advantage that not necessarily all dropshot rackets for example, in time the Duruss holds up. And that's rather a good thing when you know how much the prices of padel tend to climb quickly.

This is a brand that surprises us with its quality and robustness. This brand still unknown in France deserves to be known more as its strengths are numerous.
