This is the big news of the season, Toulouse will no longer host an international stage. After two successful experiences at the Palais des Sports André-Brouat, the Pink City is one of the collateral victims of World Padel Tour and his disappearance. A brand new event, still in the South-West, is therefore making its appearance… in Bordeaux. And with less than three weeks to go before kick-off, the organization is finalizing the final details: programming, sponsors, trophies, and many others. “Seeing Bela, Coello and Lebron in Bordeaux is a dream come true”, Jean-Thomas Peyrou told us, the co-director of the event, at the end of 2023. Six months later, the Arkéa Arena is preparing for a first edition which promises to be captivating.

Padel continues to assert itself at Porte d'Auteuil. A true showcase of Premier Padel in France since 2022, the Parisian tournament will return to the Philippe-Chatrier court a little later than usual due to the Olympic Games. After attracting 37 spectators and 000 partners last year, the third Major on the calendar is aiming for another solid success. At the beginning of February, the president of the event Alexandre Picquier had already announced the color. “The success of the first edition exceeded our expectations (…). The next step will be an even better and bigger tournament”, he asserted. His work bore fruit since this Tuesday, May 21, the International Federation of Padel officially chose Bourg-en-Bresse to host the Cupra FIP Finals ! The sixteen best male and female pairs of the season will therefore battle in an Ainterexpo park specially transformed for the occasion (1 seats). The event will be broadcast live on television, and will serve as a final rehearsal before the Barcelona “Finals” (December 300-18, 22).

It was through his father that Auxence discovered padel, one evening in June 2016.
