The Blues qualified earlier in the evening for the final of the 2024 European Junior Championships, against Sweden in the semi-finals. They will play their final match against a nation they have already met in the group stage: spain.

The French youth dazzled on the slopes in Hungary, imposing themselves in style against a very serious Swedish team, which really had to be watched out for. The first to enter the track were Sacha Huard of the Marre et Nathan Perrot. The two U14s put on a titanic match against Vilgot Persson and Filip Dahlqvist. After 2 hours and 15 minutes of combat, the Huard de la Marre / Perrot pair finally won, 6/7(4) 7/5 6/4.

Olivier Guy de Chamisso et Jeremy Robert only had to conclude, in the second meeting, against Filip Sterner and Ludvig Jönsson. Imperial, the French pair easily imposed themselves 6 / 2 6 / 1 in less than 40 minutes of play!

Already qualified, the Blues still played their last match. Yoan Boronad and Timéo Fonteny lost to Victor Forsberg and Willy Tiger Släryd. However, everything had started well for the French, who won the first set 7/5. However, Yoan's medical stoppage during the second set, when the score was 4 all, finally got the better of the French pair.

France qualified 2/1 against Sweden and will try to upset all the odds by winning against Spain in the final! The Blues, for their part, will play the third-place play-off against Portugal.
