Next issue of padel, “Le face-à-face”, Wednesday March 8 at 18 pm. We will welcome one of the most famous mental coaches in tennis and padel  : Jean-Michel Pequery.

The current 17th French player of padel looks back on his adventure in the padel as a player, but also and above all as a mental coach.

The story of Jean-Michel Pequery

1- As a great professional, Jean-Michel takes advantage of unfortunate events to work and also carry out exercises to stay in the game, especially sportingly before the recovery. What does he recommend as an exercise for players? What should you not do?
