Find the rules of FFT PADEL TOUR, the elite circuit of the French Tennis Federation counted as P2000.

1) DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION

at. For each stage, the registration deadline is Wednesday preceding the week of the tournament.
Example: for a stage played on Friday 20, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22, the registration deadline is Wednesday of the previous week, that is Wednesday 11 at midnight.

b. After the registration deadline: no new pair can register.

2) SELECTION OF PAIRS BASED ON CLASSIFICATION:

at. The best pairs classified and registered by the deadline set by the organization, ie the Wednesday preceding the week of the tournament - at midnight - will be selected

b. If a new classification appears between the registration deadline and the start of the tournament, this new classification will be taken into account to determine the pairs entering qualification or in the Final Table. In the same way, this new Classification will make it possible to determine the Heads of Series (hens and TF)

GENTLEMEN:

- 20 pairs selected in the Ranking for the Final Table (TF)
- 14 pairs selected in the Classification for Qualifications
- 2 pairs qualified by the Reception Club for Qualifications:

Or following a pre-qualifying tournament (P 500)

Either in the form of 2 toilets

=> 16 pairs compete in the qualifications:

  • 4 hens of 4 pairs
  • Each pair classified 1st of hen integrates the Final Table

=> The Final Draw is a knockout draw (24 pairs) with ranking matches

DAMES:

- 14 pairs selected in the Ranking for the Final Table (TF)
- 6 pairs selected in the Classification for Qualifications
- 2 pairs qualified by the Reception Club for Qualifications:

  • Or following a pre-qualifying tournament (P 500)
  • Either in the form of 2 toilets

=> 8 pairs compete in the qualifications:
2 hens of 4 pairs
Each pair classified 1st of hen integrates the Final Table

=> The Final Draw is a knockout draw (16 pairs) with ranking matches

3) MANAGEMENT OF WO

A. WO of a pair after the registration deadline and before the distribution of the pools set 48 hours before the start of Qualifications

Principles :

- The package of a player automatically leads to the package of the pair.
- In the case of WO of two players of two different pairs, the two remaining players can, if they wish, reconstitute a pair, on the principle that these two players were well registered in the tournament on the registration deadline, and that no distribution of hens or boards has been made

Staff management Tournament GENTLEMEN:

- 2 places are reserved for the Host Club:
- If 34 pairs or less are registered (apart from the 2 places reserved for the Host Club), and if a WO takes place after the registration deadline and before the hens are broadcast; A 3rd place will then be offered to the host Club, and a 3rd pair from the Pre-Qualification tournament will then integrate the qualifications (the 21st pair registered, directly integrating the TF). And so on depending on the number of possible WOs.
- If more than 34 pairs are registered (apart from the 2 places reserved for the Host Club), and in the case of a WO occurring after the registration deadline and before the hens are broadcast, the 35th pair will be taken on the list, the Club retaining its 2 qualified pairs

DAMES Tournament staff management:

- 2 places are reserved for the Host Club:
- If 20 pairs or less are registered (apart from the 2 places reserved for the Host Club), and if a WO intervenes after the registration deadline and before the hens are broadcast: A 3rd place will then be offered to the Host Club, and a third pair from the Pre-Qualification tournament will then integrate the qualifications (the 3th registered pair directly integrating the TF). And so on depending on the number of possible WOs.
- If more than 20 pairs are registered (apart from the 2 places reserved for the Host Club), and in the case of a WO occurring after the registration deadline and before the hens are broadcast, the 21st pair will then be taken on the list, the Club retaining its 2 qualified pairs.

The Referee proceeds to establish the pools for distribution 48 hours before the start of the qualification day.

B. WO of a pair after the distribution of the pools and before the draw for the Final Table (the day of the qualifications, around 19 p.m.):

at. WO of a pair appearing in the hens:
i. No impact on the pairs directly qualified for the Final Table
ii. The Referee integrates the 1st pair on the waiting list in place of the failing team (or a 3rd pair from pre-qualifications), and so on depending on the availability of the substitute pairs, so as to complete the hens.

b. WO of a pair appearing in the Final Table:
i. As the Final Table has not been published, the TS are re-ordered taking into account this WO
ii. The Referee will propose to the best second pair of pools of qualifications (points / difference in sets / difference in games) to integrate the
Final draw in the 1/16 final as “LL” (Lucky Loser). The pair which was 17th in the list then goes to 16th position and accesses
directly to the 1 / 8th final - and so on if we have more than one WO under these same conditions.

C. WO of a pair after the distribution of the Table:

at. Once the Final Table is published, no replacement is allowed - the pair will be declared WO in the Table.

4) ESTABLISHMENT OF HENS AND TABLES

The hens are made up taking into account the classification of each pair, and applying the "serpentine" technique, for example for 4 hens of 4 (same principle for 2 hens of 4 for the Ladies):
