The finals of Santiago Premier Padel P1, scheduled for this Sunday, March 30, have been postponed to Monday 31 March due to adverse weather conditions. The overcast skies over the Chilean capital forced the organizers to change the program.

La female final will start at 18:30 a.m. local time (23:30 p.m. French time), while the male final will take place just after, around 20:30 p.m. in Santiago, or 1:30 a.m. in France.

An explosive reunion

These finals will offer revenge identical to those of the P1 in Miami, contested the previous week. Among the ladies, Gemma Triay et Delfi Brea, undefeated for several tournaments, will try to confirm their domination against the duo Ariana Sánchez / Paula Josemaría, determined to reclaim their crown after a close semi-final.

On the men's side, tension will also be present between Alejandro Galán / Fede Chingotto et Juan Lebrón / Franco StupaczukThis duel is particularly anticipated, especially because of the palpable rivalry between Galán and Lebrón, former teammates who now face each other against a backdrop of rivalry and recent past.

Milder weather expected on Monday

Conditions are expected to be much better this Monday in Santiago, with milder temperatures and no rain forecast for the evening. Everything is in place for these two finals to be played in optimal conditions.

Padel fans can follow these clashes in streaming on the YouTube channel of Premier Padel, on the night of Monday to Tuesday for French spectators.
